Welcome to Glow Girl Tanning, LLC (“Glow Girl Tanning,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using our website (glowgirltanning.com), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services

Glow Girl Tanning, LLC provides professional spray tanning services using professional-grade tanning solutions.

Results may vary depending on individual skin type, preparation, aftercare, and lifestyle factors. Glow Girl Tanning, LLC does not guarantee specific results.

Clients acknowledge that spray tanning is a cosmetic service and results may differ from person to person.

2. Appointment Booking

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, booking system, or by contacting us directly.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate and complete contact information, including your name, email address, and phone number.

Glow Girl Tanning reserves the right to refuse service, cancel appointments, or limit bookings at our discretion.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) may be charged the full cost of the service and may be required to prepay for future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their appointment shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and may be treated as a missed appointment.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Following preparation instructions prior to their appointment
• Following the aftercare instructions after their spray tan
• Disclosing any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to the service

Failure to follow preparation or aftercare instructions may affect the outcome of the spray tan. Glow Girl Tanning, LLC is not responsible for unsatisfactory results caused by improper preparation or aftercare.

6. Health & Skin Conditions

Clients must inform Glow Girl Tanning of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, allergies, pregnancy, or recent skin treatments such as chemical peels, waxing, or laser treatments.

While spray tanning is generally considered safe, services are performed at the client’s own discretion. Glow Girl Tanning, LLC is not responsible for adverse reactions if relevant health information was not disclosed prior to the service.

7. Clothing & Property

Spray tanning solution may temporarily stain clothing, fabrics, bedding, or other materials.

Clients are advised to wear loose, dark clothing following their appointment.

Glow Girl Tanning, LLC is not responsible for damage or staining to personal items.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of spray tanning services, all services are non-refundable once performed.

If a client believes there is an issue with their spray tan, they must notify Glow Girl Tanning within 24 hours of the appointment.

At our discretion, we may offer a touch-up or adjustment if appropriate.

9. Minors

Clients under the age of 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian before receiving services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on glowgirltanning.com, including images, text, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of Glow Girl Tanning, LLC.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

By receiving services from Glow Girl Tanning, LLC, clients acknowledge and accept that spray tanning services carry inherent cosmetic risks.

Glow Girl Tanning, LLC shall not be held liable for:

• Allergic reactions
• Skin irritation
• Uneven fading
• Results influenced by skin condition or lifestyle
• Staining of clothing or fabrics

Clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with the services provided.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

13. Changes to These Terms

Glow Girl Tanning, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated terms will be posted on glowgirltanning.com with the revised effective date.
