By booking an appointment, purchasing services, or using our website (glowgirltanning.com), you agree to the following Appointment Policies:

Booking & Deposits

  • A valid card is required to book all appointments.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service total.

  • Appointments are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee of 50–100% of the service total.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may be restricted from future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to avoid delays for other clients.

Preparation Policy

To ensure the best results:

  • Clients must arrive with clean, dry skin free of lotion, oils, deodorant, makeup, or perfume.

  • Exfoliation and hair removal should be completed 24 hours prior to your appointment.

  • Failure to properly prep may affect results and does not qualify for refunds or adjustments.

Aftercare Responsibility

  • Aftercare instructions will be provided at your appointment.

  • Glow Girl Tanning is not responsible for results impacted by improper aftercare, including:

    • Sweating or getting wet before rinse time

    • Early or delayed rinsing (especially with rapid tans)

    • Use of harsh products or exfoliation

Rapid vs. Standard Tan Acknowledgment

  • Clients receiving a rapid tan understand that rinse time directly affects final color.

  • Overdevelopment or underdevelopment due to incorrect rinse timing is the client’s responsibility.

Clothing & Bronzer Transfer

  • Cosmetic bronzer may transfer to clothing, sheets, or upholstery prior to your first rinse.

  • Please wear dark, loose-fitting clothing.

  • Glow Girl Tanning is not responsible for any transfer or staining.

Children Policy

  • Glow Girl Tanning is a child-friendly environment, and children are welcome to attend appointments.

  • However, during your service, you may not be able to fully supervise your child at all times.

  • By bringing a child to your appointment, you accept full responsibility for their behavior and safety, as well as any damage or disruption they may cause to the studio, equipment, or environment.

Communication Policy

  • Glow Girl Tanning operates primarily during after-hours, and while we strive to respond as quickly as possible, our founder works full-time and is a mom outside of Glow Girl.

  • Please allow up to 1–2 business days for responses via email or text.

Results Disclaimer

  • Spray tan results vary based on individual skin type, preparation, and aftercare.

  • We do not guarantee a specific shade outcome.

  • Adjustments are only considered if concerns are reported within 24 hours of your appointment.

Health & Skin Conditions

  • Please inform your artist of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your service.

  • Spray tanning is not recommended for irritated, sunburned, or compromised skin.

Refund Policy

  • All services are final sale.

  • No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.

Respect & Environment

  • Glow Girl Tanning maintains a professional, respectful environment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior.
